A place to put what you are carrying. You can love your kids and still want everyone to stop talking for a minute. This journal has room for the brain tabs, the petty complaints, the days that went sideways, and the parts of you that keep getting pushed to later.
Scroll through a few of the pages exactly as they are printed. Tap any page to see it bigger.

Pick the section that sounds like your day. Before the sections there is a short welcome, a "How Full Is My Head" check-in, and a permission slip you sign yourself.
For the tabs in your head that nobody else can see. Get the load onto paper, then choose what actually needs you.
Your inside voice finally has somewhere to sit. Vent first. Decide what you actually mean when you have room.
Because some days need a paper trail. Document the nonsense, name the impact, and give the day somewhere to end.
For the standards that keep moving the finish line. Tell the difference between something to repair and a rule you never agreed to.
Space for the person who has preferences, ambitions, friendships, and a name besides Mom.
Evidence that you were here and you kept going. Keep what is true, including what helped.
Quick pages for the hardest moments, plus brain dumps and tools you will reuse.
A support map, a boundary script bank, and pages for things you want to tell future you.
GET THE JOURNAL →Have one minute? Answer one prompt. Have five? Finish a page. Need to unload? Use the brain dump pages at the back.
Most pages move from what happened, to what it means, to one possible next step. The next step is an option, not homework.
Dates are optional. Skip around, skip a week, come back with a missing pen. The journal will not ask where you have been.
If fuck is your punctuation of choice, you are in the right place. No swear jar. You already have enough household expenses.
Every page ends with a short, kind line for you, and each section opens with a little space to say what you want room for.
I made this for the version of me with three kids under four, a full calendar, and a head that would not stop. It is a place to be an actual person for a few minutes. Keep one on the nightstand, or send one to a friend who needs it.
